Salon Policies
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Please cancel/reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment to avoid any penalties. If you cancel within 48 hours of appointment time, there will be a 50% penalty charge/invoice to the card/email on file.
Life happens and we understand emergencies happen, and we will do our best at accommodating unforeseen circumstances.
NO SHOWS

Clients that do not show up for their scheduled appointments will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.
Any fees must be paid in order to book another appointment.
GRACE PERIOD
​
We totally get being in a bit of a time crunch while arriving to your appointment! Clients are given a 15-minute grace period from scheduled start time of their appointments. If you arrive outside of the 15-minute period you will either have to leave wet, or alter services to align with the timing scheduled. Client will still be responsible of payment of original full scheduled service at time of checkout.
HAIR EXTENSIONS POLICIES

All new hair extension clients must book a mandatory consultation before scheduling a hair extension appointment in which we will be assessing your hair and your desired look to determine the best extension method suited for you, your lifestyle and your goals. During this consultation, we will also be properly color matching and measuring for the desired length to ensure the perfect end results!
Consultations are 20-30 minutes, and are a non-refundable fee of $50 that may be credited towards the total cost of the hair extension service.
MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS

To maintain your extensions in optimal condition, maintenance appointments are required every 6-8 weeks for move ups and adjustments. Skipping or delaying these maintenance appointments can lead to damage on both your natural hair and the extension hair. If extensions are not properly maintained within this timeframe, additional repair services may be required at the clients expense.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Hair extension services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. This includes the cost of the hair and the service itself.
ADJUSTMENTS

While refunds are not available, adjustments can be made within 7-14 days of the original appointment. If you have any questions or concerns about your extensions, please notify us within this period, and we will work with you to address any issues.
